Browser Crashed or Crashes
If you are experiencing browser crashing, we need to see a system report “with logging enabled” in order to diagnose the reason.
However, because logging is disabled by default, it’s a two-step process:
Please do this part now:
1. Click Menu–>Settings–>Advanced–>System–>Enable Logging
2. There you will see a switch to turn on Logging. Please turn it on.
Then, after the next crash…
3. Now just use the browser normally. If you have a crash, then the logger will track a specific cause.
4. After the crash, re-open the browser immediately, go to Menu–>Report an issue.
5. Send is a report and be sure to keep the system information box checked so we will get the crash report.
