How Do I Purchase Individual Extensions?
We stopped offering premium individual extensions in the first quarter of 2019 when Insomniac Ultimate was introduced. They are no longer available for purchase. Existing licenses for individual extensions are still enabled at this time but if they are cancelled or payment fails to the point that our payment processor cancels them, they cannot be re-activated or re-purchased.
We understand some users may prefer that this was not the case and assumed it at the time we made the decision, so we sent several emails communicating the change and many users ‘got in’ despite not needing the extensions quite yet and have kept those subscriptions active since then. Therefore we will not make any exceptions to this policy and have deprecated the products from the site.
