Occasionally we may need to do a remote session to do some diagnostic steps if you are having issues. When we deem this is necessary, we will contact you and use a third party tool to let you invite us to your computer. When this happens, you will be able to see everything we do on your computer and you can always take over control of the mouse to end the session if you want or need to.
Remote sessions are for technical diagnosis and not for training or consulting on your use of the browser. Our development team will let our support team know when they need to access your computer for remote support – we do not do them on request.
