How do I get a refund?
There are no refunds for any reason. This is made very clear in the Terms of Use that you agreed to when you signed up for our products.
In addition there are at least three places in the signup process that explain that subscriptions are recurring and recurring dates are provided before you submit your payment. Further, we put renewal dates on the checkout page when you signup and in the account page under your subscriptions tab.
If you find that you have a subscription you no longer want, please go to your account page to cancel it right away. You will still have access to your subscribed products until the end of the period you have paid for so you can continue to use them.
