Account Look Up

If you can’t find your usernames or are not sure what your email addresses are, chances are we can’t find them either. You can use the password reset tool to find out though.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the password reset page.
2. Enter any email address or username you think you have.
3. If it’s not in the database you will get an error message that says so.
4. If it is, you will get an email that contains both your username and a link to reset your password if you need to do that.
5. Use the username to log into My Account. If you don’t see what you are looking for, log out and try again from the password reset page.
