Advertising terms for Insomniac Browser web site and software programs.

By participating in any of the advertising programs offered on this site or in software offered on this site, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Advertising subscription details including the time period and cost per time period of your advertising campaigns will be printed clearly near the subscribe button.
  2. You may cancel an advertising subscription at any time.
  3. To cancel an advertising subscription, you must cancel through PayPal. Emailing us and asking to cancel will not be sufficient to cancel.
  4. No refunds will be given for any subscription payment that has already been made.
  5. No pro-rating of any payment will be made.
  6. We make no warranty of any results or effects of advertising with us.
  7. In most cases, your advertising will be activated within 12 hours of your payment, but we may need as many as three business days to activate it.
  8. If your advertising is not activated within 12 hours, we will extend your advertising for the amount of time it took to activate it so you will get your full month of exposure.
  9. We will attempt to keep your advertising running on a 99.99% uptime basis. However these things are some times out of our control. Refunds will not be provided for downtime. If your advertising is not displayed for a prolonged period of time due to technical or other issues, we may, on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion, provide an advertising credit or extension of your contract time.
